Say No to Corp Kits

NUMBER ONE RULE IS:

"IF YOU DID NOT WRITE IT DOWN, IT NEVER HAPPENED"

Beware of the Corporation Kits

We at CorpNevada.com prefer our clients to be well informed and educated. With all the different companies seemingly doing the same thing, we think it is important to go into detail on how important the documentation of a company is for its existence.

A corporation is an entity in it's self, the way this entity functions is through documentation. That documentation is the body of the company, the rules. The documentation consists of meetings, resolutions, ect. When deciding how you want your company to run you must elect Officers, Managers, and decide who the members, stock holders, (owners) are going to be, this all happens in the Operating Agreement (LLC), By Laws (Stock Held) and the Minutes of the Meetings. What a lot of incorporators are selling is a Corp Kit, this is a pretty generic set of documents and you fill in the blanks. Which means you are sitting at your desk trying to figure out who's name goes where. A lot of the time this paper work never gets filled out at all.

This may not seem so bad until you are faced with a court case. Then what happens is you panic and are scrambling trying to remember what happened. You can't quite remember who said what or when. You are faced with a $50,000.00 judgment and if you just had written down what you had originally agreed to, the case would have never gone to court in the first place. Things like buying properties, cars, salaries to be paid, contracts on duties, expectations of the company, agreements between partners, should all be written down in the company records.

If you are going to go through with all the expense of opening a corporation, it is prudent to do the documentation correctly. Here at CorpNevada.com we want to make this easy first starting with a Nevada corporation. We have put together a package that includes that documentation, you fill out the order form with a little survey and we do the rest. Not only do we file all the necessary state documentation on your behalf. We create the necessary documents to maintain your company's structure.

We go one step further than most, as your business grows and your needs or directions change, we furnish you with a package of resolutions so you can reflect those changes as they occur. The big difference between us and our competitors is that we are paying attention to the details. We will furnish these documents in WORD. This gives you the ability to create a finished product that is customized to your needs. If you need help with the proper format, you just call and we walk you through the process. This way you have professional help to achieve your goals.

When shopping around you will see most incorporators are using Corp Kits we just think this is a bad idea and will cost our clients money in the long run if anything happens.
