package avails no privacy for the client.
The Normal Level of privacy. Your information
will be on public record. While we still
prepare all the documentation for you and
comply with state statues, and give that
the personal consultation. You personal
name and address is used on all Public Documents.
Our Deluxe level of privacy gives you all
the benefit of using your name on public
record while hiding your identify. We do
this through the manipulation of the documentation.
Here at CorpNevada.com we have come up with
a way of making nominee service available
to our clients without charging these very
high fees. Through the manipulation of corporate
documentation and time lines and a lease
we can keep clients exposure to a minimum.
This is our basic product and when you become
our client we will make clear just how we
accomplish this for one Low Fee.
If you want total privacy you will want
to use nominee service, the Executive Package.
What is Nominee Service? Well when a company
is being filed it is a service that is used
by attorneys to maintain the confidentiality
of their clients. Basically what they are
doing is filing the corporation under their
names. They use their own Social Security
number when obtaining the companies EIN
number, they are using there address to
file the company. They can do all this work
through the power of attorney. They will
usually charge some where between 2500.00
and 5000.00 for this service.
