- This is designed for the client who wants
or needs total privacy.
- We will not be using your Address,
Name, or Social Security to file this type of Company.
- You run the company but do not
show on public record.
- Does mind personal information being
on public record.
- This structure is advised when you do
not plan to be on a Cooperate Bank account.
Corporate Bank Account can be opened, run,
and maintained by a Separate, Bonded Asset Management Company.
This service is separate and can be obtained for CorpNevada clients exclusively.
- The Resident Agent
will be the Company that is being established. You
are your own RA! We can do this because of a lease.
Better Nevada Presence.
- We prepare the Business
License, obtain the IRS EIN number,
file the Article of Organization and
Initial List with our Signature,
Name and Management Companies
EIN number.
- If you are a signer on a
bank account that in itself will identify you
with your Corporation. Since 9/11 and The Patriot
Act the IRS can pull up information without notification
to the individual. If they want to find you
they will.
- For privacy we recommend
you use our Asset Management Service for ultimate
Privacy. This company is bonded, insured for your
protection and is an additional cost. $150.00
to set up bank account, $100.00 per month, to
maintain the bank account and a QuickBooks program

- WE DO NOT USE CORP
KITS. We will be using the Managers signature
as the Manager to prepare all the company documents.
- For LLC'S this will include,
Operating Agreement, Minutes of First Meeting,
and Member List.
- Nevada Office Lease
for 1 year. Client may use lease address
for One Year and be its own Resident Agent. Lease
will be sublet between the New Company signed by Manager
of your Corporation and the sublet Company. This lease
will and can be used for establishing Nevada presence.
A phone can be obtained and listed in the White or
Yellow pages and list your company's address. We will
assist with this process if you like. Most incorporators
get most of their fees for this service.
- MAIL Distribution and
Re-mailing Service. We will re-distribute
the company mail and send it to your address in an
oversized envelope. We will send mail out on or about
the 1st and 15th of each month. All mail weighing
over 13 oz will be considered a package, shipping
will be billed to the clients Credit Card.
RE-Mailing may come in handy if you
want somebody to see your item coming from a Nevada
address. Just send the item to us ready to go and
we will drop it in the mail for you from Nevada.
- Asset Management Company
to open a Nevada Bank Account. We recommend
that you use our Asset Management Company for your
bank account for maximum privacy. As soon as you attach
your Social Security Number to your company any government
agency can look you up through that Social Security.
So basically your privacy is gone and you might as
well save a little money and go with Deluxe
Package .
- Our Asset Management Company
is insured to $250,000.00 for your protection.
(We have never had to use it.) This service
is a separate service which is billed at $150.00
to open the Corporate Account, plus $100.00 to
maintain the Bank Account, Pay Bills, and Maintain
an accurate accounting of the bank account activities
through QuickBooks
- You could provide your own
bank signer and we will assist that person as
an officer of the company in opening a bank account.
- Free Consulting.
