Your information will be used in filing all State and Federal forms.

1. We provide the Resident Agent Name and address.
2. We prepare and use your signature, name, address and Social Security to prepare the Business License, Obtain the IRS EIN Number, File the Article and Initial List.
3. We do not use Corp Kits, therefore we will prepare with the information provided to us the following:

• For Stock held Corporations, By Laws, Stock Ledger, Minutes of First meeting.
• For LLC, Operating Agreement, Minutes of first meeting, Member List.
• Most people do not get around to filling out this paper work, we do it for you.
  A Corporation without paper work is like a person going outside naked, the world can see right through you.
