Resident Agent for 1 year. Preparation and filing of all State Documents Obtaining IRS Tax Identification Number. Productions of all Corporate Records, ( NO Corp Kit) For Stock held Corporations By Laws, Stock Ledger, Minutes of First meeting. For LLC, Operating Agreement, Minutes of first meeting, Member List. Nevada Virtual Office Lease for 1 year, Client may use lease address and be it's own Resident Agent, lease will be sublet between Company signed by Manager or Officer of Corporation. We will provide Nevada staff, and maintain corporate records at the company headquarters. Client will be using their own Social Security to be used on obtaining EIN # and the Nevada Taxation Form. (If you are going to get a bank account under your name, and Social Security, since The Patriot Act the IRS can pull up that information without notification.) Annual Fees are $500.00 plus State Filing Fees total $725.00. Provide assistance in Opening a Nevada Domiciled Bank Account In this package client will provide Officers name if Corporation, Member or Managers Name if LLC.

We will prepare the Operating Agreement, Minutes of First Meeting, Member List, Special Meetings. Nevada Office Lease for 1 year, Client may use lease address and be it's own Resident Agent, lease will be sublet between Company signed by an Officer of the Corporation (client is not on public record) We will provide staff in Nevada to maintain company records. We will be using our Management Company's Federal Identification Number to be used on obtaining Federal Identification Number and the Nevada Taxation Form. Annual Fees are $750.00 plus State Filing Fees total $975.00. Banking: In order to maintain complete privacy, you may want to use our Asset Management Company to run a Company Bank Account.
